The Groundsman is the monthly publication of the GMA and has been in circulation since 1938. 

Colin Hoskins, features editor of The Groundsman magazine, has won an international award for his writing skills.

His article on Twickenham Stadium’s Keith Kent (The Groundsman, January 2013) won the Best Writing category in the 2014 TOCA (Turf & Ornamental Communicators Association) International Communications Contest. TOCA is a US-based professional marketing communications organisation for the green industry, and this was its ninth annual global competition that recognises best writing, design and photography throughout the world.
